HyGEARS is an advanced 3D gear engineering software for the design, kinematic analysis and optimization (TCA, LTCA), and manufacturing
- Spiral-bevel, hypoid and Zerol gears, using Face Mill and Cyclo-Palloid cutting processes;
- Straight-bevel gears - either
2Tool generator or Coniflex™ ;
- Beveloid gears, external and internal;
- Spur and helical gears, external and internal - in planetary
or offset arrangements;
- Double-helical / Herringbone gears;
- Involute splines;
- Face gears;
- Spiral Face Clutches;
- Spurved gears, i.e
spur gears generated with a Face Mill cutter.
3, 4, 5 Axis CnCmachine ready part programs to cut all supported gear types on any CnC machine, using Face Mill, Coniflex™ dish type, CoSIMT,
End Mill or Ball Mill tools;
measurement target files for most popular CMMs; HyGEARS uses CMM data to evaluate the quality of
a gear, calculate Corrective Settings (i.e. Closed Loop) or Reverse Engineer an unknown gear set.
